RotorTech 2024 will present a wider program of networking functions and hospitality options to value-add to your event experience. Many of these sessions are included in your free Visitor registration.

Dining options onsite are limited so consider pre-booking a daily buffet lunch to be held on the RotorTech 2024 Exhibition Floor. Business doesn’t just happen in a formal setting, meet with clients, customers and colleagues at end of day networking functions, play 18 holes at the Golf Day or dine at the Industry Dinner & Awards ceremony for conversation in a more casual environment.

Monday 3 June

• Golf Day - $100 per person
• Icebreaker BBQ only - $50 per person
  

Tuesday 4 June

• Welcome Function – Located on the exhibition floor. Free and open to all attendees.

Wednesday 5 June

• Networking Function – Located on the exhibition floor. Free and open to all attendees.
• Industry Dinner – Tickets start from $225 per person

 

Hospitality

The entire RotorTech 2024 program will take place onsite at RACV Royal Pines Resort. Hospitality options are designed to maximise your time and help meet your business objectives faster.

Dining options onsite are limited so consider pre-booking a daily buffet lunch to be held on the RACV Royal Pines Tennis Courts which will transform into a spectacular indoor/outdoor dining experience.
