REGISTER FOR ROTORTECH 2024

The RotorTech 2024 Helicopter and Uncrewed Flight Exposition and its associated program will be held from Monday 3 June to Thursday 6 June 2024 at RACV Royal Pines Resort, Gold Coast, Queensland

TUEDAY 4 JUNE	0900 – 1800	Exposition Day 1
WEDNESDAY 5 JUNE	0900 – 1800	Exposition Day 2
WEDNESDAY 5 JUNE	1830 – 2200	Industry Dinner & Awards
THURSDAY 6 JUNE	0900 – 1600	Exposition Day 3

RotorTech 2024 is an industry-only event open to those with commercial, operational, government or research affiliation with aviation, aerospace, rotary-wing, AAM, autonomous or uncrewed flight industries.

Conditions of Entry apply.

The event is not open to the general public.

How to Register

Step 1: Complete your details to register free as RotorTech 2024 Visitor

RotorTech 2024 Visitor registration is completely free and will give you access to:

All three days of the industry exhibition and static helicopter displays (4-6 June)
Australian Helicopter Industry Association (AHIA) Conference (4-6 June)
Welcome Function (4 June)
Official Networking Function (5 June)
Daily morning and afternoon tea

Step 2: Select any additional conference or networking sessions you would like to attend.

These sessions incur a fee (all prices inc gst):

Golf Day (3 June) – SOLD OUT
Icebreaker BBQ only (3 June) – $50 per person
Golf Day Club Hire – $40 per person
Australian Association for Uncrewed Systems (AAUS) AAM Summit (4-5 June) – Fees start from $395
RotorTech 2024 Industry Dinner – SOLD OUT

Step 3: Pre-purchase daily lunches.

Daily buffet lunches will be held onsite at the RACV Royal Pines Resort, adjacent to the RotorTech 2024 Exhibition floor. Don’t miss out, pre-purchase at the time you register for RotorTech 2024.

Daily buffet lunch (4-6 June) – $50 per person

Step 4: Once you have completed your Visitor registration, book your onsite accommodation at RACV Royal Pines Resort.
