TRADE VISITORS and CONFERENCE DELEGATEs

We look forward to welcoming you to our show, and all sessions are FREE to attend however, please note the following criteria - which applies to any visitor wishing to attend RotorTech 2020:
The event is reserved for those with a professional, business, operational, educational or government involvement in, or associated with, the rotary-wing aviation or unmanned - drone industry including operators, Helicopter and UAV equipment manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, pilots, engineers and personnel working in general aviation, airports, mining, agriculture, filming, resources, government, or defence.
RotorTech 2020 is not open to the general public, however tertiary students are welcome as are students studying Aviation –Aerospace –UAV’s or Unmanned Systems.
All visitors to the event must submit a conference delegate or trade visitor registration form online or onsite in person during the event period at the Royal International Convention Centre, Brisbane Showground (16-18 June 2020).
Successful online submission of a conference delegate or trade visitor registration form results in a RotorTech 2020 entry form being emailed to the potential visitor. The form must be presented on the first day the visitor attends the show, and upon presentation of accreditation and/or photo ID, a RotorTech 2020 conference delegate or trade visitor Event Badge will issued.
All conference delegates and trade visitors must collect their event badge on arrival to RotorTech 2020 at the registration counter located at the front of the Exhibition Hall. All visitors must wear a valid RotorTech 2020 badge to gain access to the exposition and a conference delegate badge must be worn to attend the conference sessions.
Registration information provided here will form the basis of your badge - please ensure each registration is individual. Only one badge per name will be provided onsite.

EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE: If you are attending RotorTech 2020 as an exhibitor, you will need to register for an exhibitor badge via your company's exhibition coordinator. Exhibitor badges will have the same access rights as the trade visitor badge.
